    Aim & Scope

    JDTEG publishes peer‑reviewed research on the theory and practice of digital transformation in government, public‑sector innovation, civic tech, and related fields. Areas of interest include—but are not limited to—e‑services, open data, cybersecurity, regulatory technology, AI for the public good, and citizen engagement.

    We follow COPE Core Practices. Plagiarism is screened with iThenticate. Allegations of misconduct are investigated by the Editorial Board.

    5. APC: None (sponsored).
